At Bandalini, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Once processed, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (UK Orders)

UK customers may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery depending on the order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at support@bandalini.com to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@bandalini.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
